MEGA is a company specializes in the production of high-quality carbon fiber bike rims for various disciplines, including road cycling, mountain biking, and cyclocross etc.

Our lead engineers are born out of the world’s largest carbon composite manufacturing corporation, with over 18 years of experience in the design and manufacturing carbon fiber composite materials. We have been involving in the manufacture of carbon fiber accessories for some of the world’s leading bicycle brands. We are always enthusiastic about research and development of new technologies, including: High TG 255°C for resin technology, In-Mold Decoration technology, Super Light Technology, Graphene Resin and so on.

We use advanced technology, high-quality carbon fiber materials and a combination of manual and automated manufacturing techniques, to create strong, lightweight rims that can withstand the rigors of competitive cycling. We offer a wide range of rim profiles, widths, and depths to meet the needs of different riding styles and preferences. Once the rims are complete, they undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. We also offer customization options, such as custom decals and rim finishes, to allow cyclists to personalize their rims to their liking.

Our skilled technicians and engineers work together to make sure every product meets strict quality standards, from design to final assembly. Our products are exported to Europe, the United States, Australia, Southeast Asia and other countries, with an average monthly production capacity up to 5000pcs bicycle rims.
